SportsCareers is a job aggregation platform that collects and displays job listings from sports organizations, leagues, and related companies. We aggregate publicly available job postings from various applicant tracking systems and career pages. We do not employ, recruit, or make hiring decisions.

3. User Accounts

You may create a free account to access features like saving jobs, tracking applications, and receiving email digests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal browser usage; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; redistribute or republish job listing data from the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Job Listings

Job listings displayed on SportsCareers are sourced from third-party career pages and applicant tracking systems. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all listings are current, complete, or accurate. Job availability, descriptions, and compensation details are controlled by the hiring organizations, not by SportsCareers.

When you click "Apply Now," you are redirected to the hiring organization's application page. SportsCareers does not process job applications.

6. Intellectual Property

The SportsCareers platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content (resource articles, guides), is the property of SportsCareers. Job listing content belongs to the respective hiring organizations.

7. Email Communications

By enabling email digests or alerts, you consent to receiving periodic emails from SportsCareers. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email or through your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

SportsCareers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any reliance on job listing information or any failure to secure employment.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
