A Store Supervisor for the Inter Miami CF retail location at Fort Lauderdale International Airport leads daily operations in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment driven by passionate fans and international travelers. This role focuses on maximizing sales of official club merchandise, maintaining strict compliance with airport security and safety regulations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the energy and identity of the club. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain high store standards and adhere to airport security protocols. 
  • Oversee all warehouse shipping and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise. 
  • Manage the replenishment process to ensure the retail floor is consistently stocked with merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Work with the General Manager to determine the most efficient layout and storage solutions.
  • Ensure all stock is clearly labeled, stored systematically, and accessible for restocking and inventory management. 
  • Keep accurate records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
  • Audit markdowns and inventory processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Partner with the General Manager to train and develop store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Recognize and encourage team members through regular feedback and collaboration.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Inter Miami CF, ensuring merchandise operations reflect the club's professionalism and values. 
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to travelers in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Support additional projects and duties as assigned by the General Manager, including assisting with retail initiatives, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements. 
  • Support scheduling and daily workforce planning to ensure proper staffing coverage aligned with business needs. 
  • Provide hands-on leadership, setting expectations, monitoring performance, and holding team members accountable to operational and customer service standards.
