The NBA Latin America team is seeking a Fan Engagement and Operations Project Employee who will play a key role in deepening the NBA’s relationship with fans across Latin America. This position is responsible for leading fan engagement initiatives that connect the league’s digital, live, and branded experiences - driving innovation, participation, and monetization opportunities throughout the fan journey. Developing a loyalty or membership-style program will be one of the key responsibilities of this position.
This role will operate at the intersection of digital products, live events, and brand partnerships, ensuring that every fan touchpoint - from NBA House to the NBA digital channels - delivers meaningful engagement and business impact. The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor with creative execution.
This position will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
