The Parking & Transportation Operations Team provides all levels of customer services related to parking for guests attending a Levi’s Stadium Event.
Suite Valet Responsibilities and Duties: ($22.00)
Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot.
Tracks and records vehicle information for efficient retrievals.
Secures guest’s keys in a manner that decreases the opportunity for loss.
Manages egress and ingress of arriving valet vehicles.
Answers basic event related questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Event Flagger Responsibilities and Duties: ($21.00)
Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
Gives directions and is knowledgeable of surroundings to inform customers of various locations around the stadium.
Uses stadium issued devices to alert vehicles and pedestrians onto the recommended path of travel.
Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
Perform vehicle counts throughout the lot to fill available spaces.
Reports any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the site manager.
Ensures all fans in attendance are adhering the fan code of conduct and parking lot rules.

Cashier Responsibilities and Duties: ($22.00)
Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
Swipes credit cards and scans prepaid passes.
Accepts cash and organizes change.
Flags cars into the lot if staffing levels dictate.
Answers basic event related questions.
Provides accurate change and issues receipts or tickets to customers for each transaction as requested.
Verifies shift transactions against money on hand and complete post cashier shift report.
Other duties as assigned.
Parking Experience Responsibilities and Duties: ($21.00)
Assist with monitoring neighborhood traffic to remind guest of restricted parking areas.
Provides excellent customer service to guests as they arrive at Levi’s Stadium.
Oversee assigned area to monitor parking regulations & restrictions within the lots.
Direct both vehicle and pedestrian traffic to help alleviate congestion along pathways.
Monitor ADA paths of travel to ensure there are no obstructions within ADA stalls or pathways to the stadium.
Reports any operational issues that may impact the parking lot’s ability to service stadium guests.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
Must be 18 years old.
High school degree or equivalent.
Government issued ID.
Drivers license preferred (required for Valet position).

The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
The employee is constantly required to stand and walk. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee may be occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Certain positions may require the employee to push or pull 250 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and depth perception.
This position requires the ability to work events on evenings, holidays and weekends.
Most positions will require employees to work outside and as such are subject to the weather that occurs during the season the event is scheduled.

Compensation:
$21.00-$22.00/hr
