Position Overview: 

  • Inter Miami CF is looking for a highly skilled Analyst, Business Intelligence (Digital) with strong analytical and quantitative skills to join the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in analyzing digital data to evaluate the performance of websites, social media platforms, and online campaigns, identify emerging trends, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance marketing and business outcomes.
  • This role is critical to support our digital strategy by extracting meaningful insights from various data sources to drive fan acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital touchpoints. Candidates who have worked in a digital agency or an organization with a strong focus on digital marketing and analytics are especially encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.
  • Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data, uncover insights, and identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
  • Help shape and execute the club’s digital and marketing strategy based on data-driven recommendations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Digital team, as well as Marketing and Commercial teams, to ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business objectives and directly inform content, campaign, and platform strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics and fan engagement.
