SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings Black Jackets will support the Premium Experience team as game day premium hosts inside U.S. Bank Stadium during Vikings home games. The responsibility of a Black Jacket is to engage with all premium guests inside the many suite and club spaces at U.S. Bank Stadium. Providing best-in-class service and experiences to the greatest fans in the NFL, the goal is to create one of a kind, memorable experiences for the organization’s premium clients. 

Those assigned to suites will be tasked with getting to know the game-to-game contacts for their respective premium space. They will serve as hosts, updating guests on important game day information and learning how they can enhance the game day experience. In Clubs, they are expected to greet guests and interact with them throughout the season, fostering relationships with season ticket members and taking diligent notes to be given to the Vikings premium team.


CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain club spaces to ensure a welcoming and organized environment before and during events.
  • Enhance the guest experience by engaging with guests and proactively addressing needs or concerns.
  • Document and communicate operational issues to ensure smooth event management.
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient club operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve challenges effectively and promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive listening, empathy, and timely solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned


SUITE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain assigned suites to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment before and during events.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and proactively address needs or concerns.
  • Document and communicate operational or service issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth suite operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, responding with empathy, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or other guest-facing roles required 
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Strong professionalism, composure, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced guest environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve guest concerns calmly, confidently, and professionally
  • Excellent customer service ethic with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Reliable availability to work all home games, including any potential playoff games
  • Availability to attend and fully participate in all training coordinated by the Premium Experience Team
  • This role is best suited for candidates with flexible availability and the ability to commit fully throughout the season
