The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. Reporting to the FP&A Associate Manager, this position partners closely with business leaders to develop forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide insights that support decision-making across both franchise and venue operations. This role is responsible for executing core FP&A processes, including planning and forecasting, while translating operational drivers into financial outcomes. The position also supports cash flow forecasting and long-range financial planning, contributing to liquidity and capital decision-making as the organization evaluates strategic initiatives.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role 
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience 
  • Experience supporting planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel 
  • Experience with financial planning systems preferred 
  • Experience in multi-entity or complex operating environments preferred 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models across key business units, incorporating relevant operational drivers and assumptions. 
  • Support and execute the annual planning process, including coordination of inputs, development of templates, and consolidation of results. 
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including liquidity projections and scenario-based planning to support financial and capital decision-making. 
  • Perform variance analysis across financial results and cash flow, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Support scenario modeling related to strategic initiatives and investments, including evaluation of funding and liquidity impacts. 
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure alignment between actual cash activity, reporting, and forward-looking projections. 

 

Physical Requirements  

  • Constantly operates a computer and standard office equipment to perform financial analysis and reporting. 
  • Frequently communicates with team members and stakeholders in meetings and presentations. 
  • Frequently remains in a stationary position for extended periods while performing job duties. 
  • Occasionally moves about the office and lifts or moves items up to 10 pounds.
