Digital Marketing Analyst - $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across digital channels—such as web, social, email, podcast—to uncover insights that drive marketing performance and support sponsorship commitments, and marketing campaigns. This role collaborates with channel owners, manages third-party tools, and develops actionable reporting and visualizations to optimize campaign strategies and identify monetization opportunities. By turning complex digital data into meaningful business insights, this position plays a critical role in maximizing the impact and efficiency of digital marketing efforts in a constantly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Manage and analyze digital data from various sources related to marketing, web, social, email, podcast, and other digital productions.
- Develop and manage marketing attribution and top-of-funnel demand measurement strategies, reporting, and analysis.
- Own relationships with assigned third-party vendors/solutions and make decisions based on their performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed, quantitative analysis and visualizations (reporting) while delivering meaningful insights into business performance for marketing, social, and other digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital channel owners to optimize digital campaigns and measurement strategies.
- Develop insights related to existing and untapped monetization opportunities across our digital platforms.
- Remain adaptive to market changes and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, and approaches to consult stakeholders on how to optimize future campaign performance.
- Document processes and procedures and best practices.
- Provide training and support services for stakeholders in technologies/marketing platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
- Tableau Analyst or Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Two to five years of relevant experience as a Digital Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as working with social media analytics such as Meta properties, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Proficiency with Data Visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI). Tableau preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess a portfolio of work demonstrating required experience listed above.

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
